We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
To request a return or exchange, please email june@byjuneco.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to being sent back.
If your return is accepted, we will email you with next steps, including return instructions. If applicable, a return shipping label will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Returns received after the 14-day window will not be eligible for refund

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, store credit or a refund will be offered. The fastest way to make an exchange is to return your item and immediately make a separate purchase for the item.
